New Learn To Run Group Info!!!


Lose Weight, Get Fit, and Have Fun!

Designed and led by experienced runners, this program will introduce you to the sport of running and prepare you for a 5km race at your own pace and injury free!

Session Dates:



  • March 8th-May 3rd, 2012
  • Thursdays at 6:30pm
  • Target race: Mudpuppy Downtown Chase (May 6th, 2012)

      • 8 week 5km training plan
